01Partner onboarding and workspaces
Account requests, approvals, invitations, and role-specific tools can support different participants. We agree what a partner may see, create, update, and request before implementing access.
02Catalog, pricing, and assignments
Products and variants can pass through office review before pricing and partner assignment. Selling rules and stock availability are defined alongside the partner catalog, so the offer reflects the operation.
03An order lifecycle the office can follow
Order intake, customer confirmation, preparation, carrier handover, and delivery outcomes form a documented journey. Barcode lookup and labels can support fulfillment where your process requires them.
04Aftercare with context
Returns, exchanges, inspected receipts, refunds, and related adjustments can stay connected to the original sale. The time windows, approval authority, and stock handling are agreed business rules.
05Partner finance and reporting
Customer payment records, carrier settlement allocations, wallet movements, and withdrawal requests can explain the financial side of an order. Reports use agreed definitions rather than assuming every created order is earned revenue.
06Operational integrations
Notifications, exports, and external carrier or commerce APIs can be considered where useful. Each integration is scoped according to provider capabilities and tested access; a carrier’s name in the platform does not imply an automatic API connection.
