01A model of the work
We define the main records, relationships, lifecycle states, and handoffs. Clients, projects, tasks, inquiries, or other entities are connected according to your business rules rather than treated as unrelated lists.
02Role-specific workspaces
Each role sees the navigation, records, and actions it needs. Authentication and data access are designed alongside the interface; hiding a button is not the complete permission system.
03Explicit approvals and history
Where a decision needs review, we define the queue, reviewer, possible outcomes, and recorded history. This helps teams understand why a record changed and who should act next.
04Dashboards that support decisions
A dashboard should answer a real operational question. We agree the definitions behind statuses, balances, counts, and reporting periods before presenting them as indicators.
05Connections to the wider business
A public website can send inquiries into the platform, while agreed email notifications or external services can support the workflow. Every connection needs clear ownership, failure behavior, and access boundaries.
06A manageable release and handover
The deployment, environment configuration, account setup, and update process are documented around your team. If data must be imported, we plan field mapping and validation before moving it.
